SEEING SOUND HEARING COLOR WOMEN'S VOICES AND ACOUSTIC VIBRATIONS FORM A SOUND JOURNEY THROUGH THE NUMINOUS REALMS. Join Zaremaya (Mujiba Cabugos and Lorin Grean of Moving Breath) as they weave a mysterious and powerful dreamlike soundscape in this exciting new CD. Their voices float on top of harp, piano, Tibetan bowls, gongs, wind chimes, and tambura-opening the heart and creating a sacred space within. Wonderful accompaniment for your daily meditation, yoga, massage, Radiance/Reiki, or journeying to a deep part of yourself. Mujiba and Lorin have worked together on varied music and performance projects over the last eight years. As members of the 5 woman acapella group, Moving Breath, they produced two recordings ("She Changes" and "She Dreams") and are now well known in women's circles throughout the world. Recently, Mujiba and Lorin have become a part of the group Tingsha, creating healing sound journeys with the use of voice and vibrational instruments (Tibetan bowls, gongs, tingshas, etc.). Tingsha has been holding sacred sound ceremonies on both the Solstices and Equinoxes as well as private sessions with meditation and movement groups for the past 3 years. The music on "Seeing Sound Hearing Color" was inspired by the vocal improvisations during these gatherings and the requests of many listeners for a recording featuring women's voices.
