Renée Hamaty began her love affair with
the pianoforte when, as a toddler, she stood at her mothers piano and simply
began to play recognizable music!
At age 5, she was presented on weekly Los Angeles
radio "pianists of the Future" and has continued since that time to astound
audiences worldwide.
With a lifetime of serious classical study, as
well as the repertoire of opera, musical Theatre and film, Renée brings
to the listener a rich variety of loving sounds.
She has played many pianos worldwide, scuba dived
many oceans, and even climbed the Inca trail in Peru, yet always returns to
her home in Santa Barbara California.
Renée feels that music is a vitally important
nourishment for the spirit, mind and body of the listener and performer. If
her music touches your soul, her artistic and aesthetic desire is fulfilled.
Renée's piano arrangements combine classical
and popular music with purity and integrity Her unique style and magical touch
combine to create a spiritual quality. Renée has a mastery of the instrument
and plays with a passion that can only be described as mystical and uplifting.
