An original opera written by Steve Skinner
with orchestral scoring by John Franklin.
It is the tale of pavers and the gardeners, earth children and industrialists,
love and greed.
Umbrella Man is a modern-age superhero who uses the power of positive
thinking, spirituality and proactivity to enact fundamental change.
The music featured singers culled from the valley's finest talent
(including students from area schools). An orchestra accompanied a rock
band that moved from pop, funk, rap and folk. The songs were adapted for
the stage from the compact disc 'Umbrella Man' written by Steve Skinner
and were performed by an all-star band.
Time for fun and frolic. 
And
music too.
