ADVENTURESOME MUSICIANS!

"Umbrella Man", the new rock opera written by local artist Steve Skinner is going on a spring 1997 regional tour!

The Umbrella Man orchestra needs actors, singers & dancers to join a six piece rock band in this musical theater extravaganza.

The songs, from the brand new cd release by Steve Skinner and "Interruptus", are scored for orchestra by former music composition student John Franklin. John is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music with a BM in Music Composition. His distinctions include the BMI Prize in Composition 7/88-9/88.

Awarded for String Quartet #3, composed at Aspen Music Festival.
